VAREP-Denver & VA’s HUD-VASH Program

VAREP-Denver has partnered with VA’s HUD-VASH Program to provide household goods to Veterans in need, as they are being placed into housing. Many of the Veterans when first entering into the VA HUD-VASH program are homeless. The HUD-VASH Program provides these Veterans with assistance in obtaining permanent housing via a voucher that covers up to 70% of their rent.

While have a warm and secure place to sleep each night is a giant step in the right direction, many of these Veterans do not have the household goods to make their new housing, feel like a home. VAREP-Denver, with your support is helping to bridge that gap by providing some the essential household goods these Veterans are missing.
